Please join us in welcoming Eleni Kokinis as our new Client Success Manager at SkinIO! Eleni’s fascination with healthcare started early, and she entered college intending to pursue radiologic technology – so it’s not impossible that we could have met her one day when we ended up in the ER with a broken bone. But, as Eleni explains, her inherent love of community outreach and human interaction led her to divert from a career path that would have meant lots of hours in a dark room: “I’ve always been an incredibly social person. People are always surprised when, after starting what they thought would be a quick chat, we’re still talking two hours later and they’ve opened up to me about ten topics they weren’t planning on bringing up!”
Eleni’s outgoing personality, combined with her degree in public health and health care administration, led her to pursue a number of roles before coming to SkinIO. “I’ve done client solutions implementation, worked with software whose purpose was connecting patients to post-acute care, and developed wellness program strategies. All of it taught me something different, and everything I’ve learned I’ll get to put to work here at SkinIO.”
As a Client Success Manager, Eleni brings great experience and – even more importantly – an incredible outlook on life: “The question that’s always in the back of my mind is, ‘How can I help get you into your best place? Is the product working for you? If not, how do we make it work better?’ And if a situation is feeling negative or moody, I’m just thinking, ‘Nope. How do we flip this around – let’s get the happiness back in.’”
