SkinIO Extends Its Mission of Care Through Donation to Sustain Charlotte

by SkinIO Team

October 15, 2025 – Charlotte, NC

SkinIO is proud to announce the donation of three pop-up tents to Sustain Charlotte, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building a healthier, more equitable, and sustainable future for the Charlotte region.

The tents will be used during Biketoberfest, Sustain Charlotte’s annual community event held at Triple C Brewing, which encourages residents to explore Charlotte through biking, connect with local businesses, and promote sustainable transportation. This donation reflects SkinIO’s continued commitment to supporting community wellbeing and partnering with organizations that create lasting, positive change.

Beth Suhr, who helped facilitate the partnership, expressed appreciation for SkinIO’s contribution and the opportunity to collaborate in support of this year’s event.

Kathryn Rooks, Chief Marketing Officer at SkinIO, shared her thoughts on the donation:
“At SkinIO, early detection is at the heart of our mission—but so is building healthier communities. Sustain Charlotte’s work aligns perfectly with our belief that health extends beyond the clinic—it’s about creating environments where people and communities can thrive.”

This donation underscores SkinIO’s ongoing commitment to integrating healthcare innovation with community engagement, supporting programs and events that foster connection, wellness, and sustainability.
